• To maintain, increase availability and enhance the performance of the plant and equipment through world class maintenance practices implementation
• Actively mentor and coach the Assistant Manager Electrical Maintenance and snr Artisans.  During plant projects and re-builds, coach them on industry standards pertaining to best practice maintenance methodology
